Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. The role focuses on full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while also expanding the local client base and connecting clients to Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.

You will be a trusted guide, helping clients navigate complex tax situations and building lasting relationships with the community, all within Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Attorne y with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season with tax software.
• Upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to training and development; uniforms and branding rules apply.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Act as local community ambassador and grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
