Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams in TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll grow the local client base, organize community events, and work closely with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service. Onsite, 20+ hours weekly, with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri
• Must complete all required training and development; can include compliance training and cross-training
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising
• Interested in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Build lasting client relationships and trust through personalized service
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences via in-person and video interactions
