Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering tax prep and expert advice for individuals and businesses. You'll collaborate with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end service in person and virtually.

You will engage with the local community, grow your client base, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning solutions, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax-prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Typically 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to train in additional services and on-site work.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning when appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients reach financial goals.
