You’ll work with customers in person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to support client prosperity. Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, M–F 8:00–17:00
• Must complete training and development as required by the business
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with using name/picture for advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Assist in discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan taxes
• Collaborate with business, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools
