Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide in-person tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location. You will partner with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions while growing a local client base.

You will engage with clients to understand their financial picture, offer personalized advice, and leverage Intuit resources for ongoing support in a fast-paced, customer‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll) with training provided.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist in discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with experts in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax client base through community outreach.
