Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering tax prep and expert advice to individuals and businesses. You’ll partner with a team of specialists to offer a complete financial picture and year‑round support.

You’ll lead local growth, build relationships, and leverage Intuit resources to expand client base and community presence, while upholding top‑tier customer service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at TurboTax location.
• Willing to training, uniform wear, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with team collaboration.
• Engage with local community and represent TurboTax locally.
