Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join a new location and deliver on-site tax expertise, preparing returns and advising clients.

You will grow the local client base and work with a broader team of tax professionals to ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. This role focuses on hands-on preparation, connecting clients to additional services, and community engagement, with a 20-hour-per-week baseline and potential expansion during peak season.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
