Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax expertise, grow the local client base, and connect clients with Intuit's full ecosystem of solutions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office with 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with name/picture usage for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide connecting clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
