Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation and advisory work at a local TurboTax office. You will interact with clients in person and virtually, building long-term relationships and expanding Intuit’s community presence.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, ongoing client support, and collaboration with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Onsite duties and local outreach are key.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns filed (30+ federal/state 1040s) per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training from Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to enable year-round engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and explain tax planning and deductions clearly.
