Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide in-person and virtual tax services, advise on personal and business taxes, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end support.

You will grow the local client base, develop relationships, and participate in community events, while leveraging Intuit tools to offer a comprehensive financial services experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week
• Must complete required training and development
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations
• Act as a community ambassador and drive local client growth and referrals
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning)
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions
