Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in‑person and virtual clients while building strong relationships within your community.

As part of a collaborative team, you will grow the local client base, guide customers through complex tax scenarios, and connect them with the broader Intuit

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns (30+) per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite work at TurboTax location with 20 hours/week min.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust leading to repeat business.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional service and effective use of video tools.
