Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services. You will work with a team to serve TurboTax clients, helping them maximize refunds while connecting them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem and community outreach opportunities.

The role emphasizes hands-on client meetings, local growth activities, and a strong customer-first approach, with training provided for expanded services and a flexible schedule responsive to tax season demands.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Identify deductions, optimize tax liabilities, and provide tax planning guidance.
• Grow the local client base through community outreach and referrals with marketing support.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
