Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You will work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and help grow the local client base through community engagement.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients while expanding Intuit’s local footprint and marketing

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• onsite role with 20+ hours/week, typically 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to address client needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
