Job summary

Intuit is seeking talented individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert tax advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and you will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with tax prep expertise and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
