Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, while connecting them with Intuit’s broader services to meet year-round financial needs.

As a trusted local advisor, you’ll build relationships with the community, attract new clients, and deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week min, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and plan for future tax planning.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Be the local face of TurboTax with marketing support.
