Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, acting as a trusted guide for clients with personal and business needs.

Role requires building local client bases, engaging with the community, and collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services year-round. Onsite presence and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
