Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will offer expert tax advice, connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services, and grow the local client base through community outreach.

This role emphasizes end-to-end service and a strong client relationship. Onsite hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with at least 20 hours per week and training to upskill across Intuit products and

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and educate clients on Intuit ecosystem.
