Qualifications

• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client return preparation.
• Discover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Grow local client base and participate in community outreach.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
