Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation, while connecting clients with Intuit’s broad ecosystem of services.

Grow your local client base, attend community events, and deliver a best-in-class experience with the support of TurboTax marketing resources. Onsite hours are standard business times with opportunities to expand during peak periods.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with a high level of client service and personalized guidance.
