Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site and advise clients in a collaborative local team. You will handle personal and business returns, connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other Intuit services, and help grow the local TurboTax client base.

You’ll work in a community-focused role with hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and you will be compensated with a competitive base pay and benefits as outlined by Intuit.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local, M–F, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Bridge client needs with the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma offerings.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via online tools.
