Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax advice and full-service return preparation at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of financial experts and connect clients to a broader suite of Intuit services. Enjoy engaging with the community, growing your client base, and delivering end-to-end tax support using TurboTax tools and marketing resources.

Qualifikationen

Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney credential is preferred.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.

Aufgaben

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Engage in local events and marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness.
