Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite and help customers with full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Monday–Friday.
• Must complete required training and development programs as directed by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising using your name/picture.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex personal and business tax situations.
• Lead local outreach and community engagement to grow the client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
