Intuit Careers is seeking dynamic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site, delivering full-service tax return prep and expert advice. You’ll connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while building local relationships and driving community growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax support, client advocacy, and cross‑selling of Intuit services, with a focus on excellent customer experience and local market development.

Competenze

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software and familiarity with Circular 230.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Be the local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach and events.
• Advise on integrating bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit services for clients.
