Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts, on-site in a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax advice and full preparation, working with a team of specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You’ll help grow the local client base, participate in community events, and leverage marketing resources to build relationships. Strong tax credentials and a willingness to upskill are essential.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Completion of required training and professional development is mandatory.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and participate in branding and advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support simple to complex personal and business tax scenarios.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
• Leverage marketing tools to build a thriving local presence.
