Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while integrating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and participate in community events, while delivering year‑round support and using Intuit tools to empower clients toward financial goals.

Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attny) with tax prep experience.
• PTIN must be active for filing taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s (30+ returns/season) with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients (personal/business).
• Lead local growth: outreach, events, partnerships to build client base.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
