Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with a broad team of tax professionals to deliver a seamless experience.

You will build local relationships, attract clients, and guide customers through complex scenarios, including business income, investments, and amendments, using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Competenze

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional experts to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience for clients.
