Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation, while coordinating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing tools to build a thriving business that benefits both

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building a local client base and organizing community events with marketing support.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma services.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
