Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will deliver full‑service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will engage with customers in person and virtually, build local relationships, and drive growth while upholding high service standards.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attained license and strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years with 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• onsite presence 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Training and development required by the business.
• Uniforms; may be used for advertising.
• Interest in building local community presence as TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Recommend Intuit solutions to fit client needs (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Build lasting relationships with clients for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
