Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to serve clients at TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

This role emphasizes local client growth, community engagement, and delivering a best-in-class experience. You’ll combine knowledge of personal and business taxes with proactive outreach and in‑person/virtual client

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Support complex tax scenarios and optimize deductions and amendments.
• Lead local client growth and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with specialists for full end-to-end service.
• Engage clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
