Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team, working on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while building strong client relationships in the local community.

You’ll collaborate with a broad team of tax professionals, grow your local client base, and help expand the Intuit ecosystem through partnerships with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
