You will provide hands-on tax advice, tax preparation, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients while connecting them with Intuit's broader advisory ecosystem. Qualifikationen

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
