Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a broader team of tax and advisory professionals. You’ll act as a community ambassador, grow your local client base, and help clients navigate complex financial situations with personalized service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, for personal and business returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service and ensure client satisfaction.
