Job summary

Intuit is seeking qualified individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will deliver full-service tax preparation on-site at a TurboTax location, while serving as a trusted advisor to personal and small business clients.

You will work with a broad team of specialists to provide end-to-end support and a seamless customer experience. You will also play a key role in growing the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, leveraging Intuit tools and

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to full Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Create long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Represent TurboTax positively in local communities and events.
