Zusammenfassung

Intuit seeks dynamic individuals for on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert roles across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

You’ll build your local client base, participate in community events, and use marketing tools to grow the TurboTax footprint.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon-Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; open to marketing yourself locally.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
