Intuit is seeking qualified professionals to join the TurboTax Local Service Expert team onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for personal and business clients, collaborating with a broader team of specialists for end-to-end service.

This role emphasizes community growth, local outreach, and lasting client relationships, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services,

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using tax software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week; uniforms; name used for advertising.
• Must reside in the United States and hold or be able to obtain state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
