Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support. You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions, from W-2 to business income, while expanding the local TurboTax client base and community engagement.

The role emphasizes in-person service, community presence, and collaboration with marketing tools to build lasting client relationships across tax seasons.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via virtual tools.
