Intuit, Inc. seeks an onsite TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advisories, and software support for personal and business clients.

You will collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end services and actively grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement. You will work from a TurboTax location, interact with clients in person and via video tools, and leverage marketing resources to build long-term relationships while expanding

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite, 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, growing local client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to related services.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term patronage.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and online.
