Intuit, Inc. is seeking Tax experts to provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns at TurboTax locations. You will build a local client base, partner with specialists, and deliver end-to-end Intuit services in person and virtually, based on client needs.

The role emphasizes community outreach, ongoing training, and a strong customer‑facing focus, with the opportunity to expand services such as bookkeeping or payroll over time.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to grow into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Lead local growth: outreach, events, referrals, partnerships to build client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and resolve tax questions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure end-to-end service and support.
