Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing expert tax advice, complete tax preparation, and comprehensive software support.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. The role emphasizes community outreach, client relationship building, and growing the local TurboTax client base while leveraging Intuit

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Link clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
