Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking diligent Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for personal and business needs.

You will partner with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to provide end-to-end service in person and via virtual channels. You will engage with clients in the local community, build trust, and expand the client base while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy in every tax scenario, from

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Completion of training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
