Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking Tax Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete filings, and connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.

You’ll act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base through events and referrals while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in person and via virtual tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with a team to connect clients to related Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
