Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation, planning, and advisory services. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and act as a trusted guide for clients’ complete financial picture,

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and tax compliance.
