Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite in a TurboTax location. You will deliver tax preparation and expert advice while engaging with the local community to grow the client base and build long-term relationships.

The role emphasizes a seamless experience with collaboration across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, leveraging Intuit tools and marketing support to help clients achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required.
• Willing to upskill into broader service areas with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services for clients.
