Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You’ll engage customers, uncover deductions, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end services.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and represent Intuit in local marketing initiatives while maintaining high professional standards and customer trust.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns prep for 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and offer planning advice.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists when needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
