Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local outreach and community engagement to grow the customer base.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients to Intuit solutions.
