Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will do on-site tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon-Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence with tax content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and engage with local events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
