Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and advise clients, while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to community events with marketing support from Intuit. A strong customer‑focus and on-site availability are essential.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with complex tax scenarios and future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
