Job summary

Intuit seeks year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve as trusted tax advisors in selected TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide hands‑on tax advice, complete returns, and help clients maximize refunds while promoting Intuit's ecosystem.

As a local ambassador, you will build a customer base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, aiming to grow the TurboTax client network and deepen relationships with small businesses and individuals you serve at the office

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Engage in discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future tax planning.
Act as a local community ambassador and help build a new local customer base through outreach and events.
Promote Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning services.
