Job summary

Intuit in the United States is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and help customers maximize refunds while guiding them through tax planning.

As a local ambassador, you will build a base of loyal clients through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships. You’ll collaborate with marketing tools, expand services beyond filing, and represent Intuit in the community with professionalism.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Organize and lead local events to grow a new local customer base.
• Build relationships and act as the local face of TurboTax in the community.
• Upskill into additional services like bookkeeping or payroll with training.
