Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and help clients navigate tax planning while promoting Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will act as a community ambassador, develop local partnerships, and lead outreach efforts to grow a loyal client base, ensuring outstanding customer experiences year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Build local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as the local face of TurboTax and guide clients to Intuit solutions for ongoing support.
